Jorge Vásquez graduated as a Licensed Attorney from the Instituto de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey (Campus Monterrey) in 1996; achieving a Master Degree in Corporate Law from the Universidad Autonoma de Ciudad Juarez in 2008.
